From Little Charlie Baty and Anson Funderburgh to RW Grigsby and Mark Hummel, these talented artists have been nominated for awards and have been performing together for over a decade. The band “Full Circle” is comprised of four members who cover a variety of instruments and vocal styles, playing Rock, Blues, Funk and R&B. They faithfully recreate the musical experience of music's best decade.

He also supported Bobby “Blues Ray” on “Your Friends” which appears on the Sacramento Blues compilation CD.

In 1993 Soul Prophets won the SAMMIE award for best blues band sharing the honor with Little Charlie and the Nightcats (with Rick Estrin). Greg Jacobs has been part of KXJZ team since 1991 creating “Mick Martin's Blues Party” which currently plays on Saturdays from 1 to 5 p.m.Al Arnett was a favorite bass player for more than 40 years building up the Sacramento blues scene. Jan moved to Sacramento from Portland in 1984 working for a law firm where one of the lawyers was a singer in a blues band. Marshall Jones was another favorite drummer for more than 30 years building up the Sacramento blues scene. The Bill Scholer Blues Band opened concerts for Los Lobos, The Chambers Brothers and The Ventures and played at the Sacramento Blues Festival.

Robert Sidwell plays with many local Sacramento bands when not on tour with national blues singer Earl Thomas. He spent 12 years at KUOP-FM of University of Pacific in Stockton presenting “Trackin' the Blues” regularly advising listeners of Blues Society events. Kenny has been a popular attraction at Sacramento Jazz Jubilee for 15 years playing several years at world-famous “Saloon” in San Francisco.
